The core workout works.... you guessed it, your core. So I got a good ab workout and upper leg workout. I really felt it this morning, but thats a good thing, right? Anyway, running is great, but adding a little core or plyo to my regimine should give me a broader range of activities and can only make things even better.

Something A Little Different
Usually Tuesday is my rest day, but last night I felt like doing something anyway and thought I would get some different kind of exercise in my routine. Last year I started doing a workout program call P90X. This program is rather intense, and sadly I only made it through about 50 days of the 90 day program. Now that I am running consistently I don't have much time for P90X but decided to incorporate 1 or 2 of the workouts into my weekly routine. I focused on the "Core Synergistics" workout video and feel like it will be a good supplementary exercise.
