So this week was pretty disappointing. I was all set to give a good run, but things fell apart rather quickly. I changed up my schedule and did my long run on Monday. It was less than spectacular. I ended up running like 8 miles and I was miserable.
The next day I did like 4 miles and I was in pain. My knee started aching pretty badly. I decided to just shut it down for the week. Am I pushing too hard too quickly? Probably, but I hate going slow and steady. Anyhow, hopefully next week will be better. I guess I needed to have a rest week anyway.
