This week, since I don't have anything on Wednesday or Thursday night I am going to switch up my schedule. My long runs on Saturday are taking up too much time, so I need to move that to a weekday. This week it will be on Thursday.
So for my run on Monday I just did a 4 mile run and it sucked. I just wasn't really feeling it. Thats basically it. I guess those are referred to as junk miles.
