This run was much better than Monday's. I did my speed intervals and ended up running about 5.5 miles total. This was a .5 mile warmup followed by alternating between a 7 minute mile and a 2 minute rest interval. So I did 4 7 minute miles in all and the warmup cool down and resting intervals made up for the other 1.5 miles. Next week I would like to add another speed mile and reduce my resting interval to 1:30.
Anyway, that was a better run and it gave me some much needed confidence.
