Last night was a nice and easy 4 mile run at about an 8:10 pace. My new "program", until I figure out something different, is to do a hard run of 5 or more miles on Monday, Tuesday is a 4-5 mile run at an easier pace, Thursday is a speed session running fast and slow intervals, and then Saturday will be my long run of 8 or more miles.
So I ran my 4 miles and I felt great, it was pretty easy and I came in just under 33 minutes.

Time: 32 minutes 51 seconds
